> Visa Wise offers technology-assisted document preparation for U.S. visa processes: EB-1A (Extraordinary Ability) and EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver) green card self-petitions, and the J-1 visa waiver through a No Objection Statement. Includes eligibility assessment against the 10 USCIS criteria, documentation strategy, personal statement or professional/business plan, support and recommendation letters, I-140 cover letter, RFE and NOID responses, and 1 reapplication if the petition is denied.
- [Green Card via EB-2 NIW](https://visawise.com.br/eb-2-niw): for professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional ability whose work is in the U.S. national interest. Built around the three-prong Dhanasar framework. Same scope of documentation and post-filing support as EB-1A.
- [J-1 Visa Waiver](https://visawise.com.br/j-1-waiver): waiver of the two-year home residency requirement through a No Objection Statement, with the U.S. Department of State and, for Brazilian nationals, Itamaraty. Typical execution time: 7 to 10 business days.

Not included in the service fee: government filing fees (USCIS, DOS, Itamaraty), premium processing, credential evaluations, certified translations and other third-party services.
